Service Description
$125/hour standard labor or $115/hour for qualifying approved fleet accounts, plus applicable charges. Includes preventive maintenance, fleet inspections, and scheduled trailer service.
Cancellation Policy
All service appointments are subject to approval by Northeast Fleet Support. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Standard online service requests require at least 24 hours' advance notice. For same-day, weekend, emergency, or after-hours mobile trailer service, please call 216-253-1411. Service is subject to technician availability. Labor, service call charges, parts, materials, and applicable mileage are billed separately unless otherwise specified. Appointment durations are scheduling windows and do not guarantee actual repair times. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling. No-shows may be subject to the applicable service call charge plus one hour of labor.
